Scenario
It’s about a seemingly ordinary family with a dark secret: they’re vampires. I came into The Radleys with low expectations, so I wasn’t too disappointed by this completely unnecessary addition to the vampire genre. It played like an overly long soap opera episode with a budget to match. I wonder how such a bad movie even got the green light, perhaps as a bet or a dare. I think it could have been 30 minutes shorter, but ideally it would have been about 1 hour and 55 minutes shorter. I made the mistake of not watching the whole thing in one sitting, so it actually felt like it lasted a few days. I won’t post any spoilers, because my brain did me the favor of forgetting most of them, probably to free up space for something (anything) much better.
